What is required to rent a car?
To rent a car, the driver must be at least 19 years old and hold a valid driving license issued at least one year prior to the rental date. Drivers under the age of 23 may be subject to a small “young driver” fee, depending on the vehicle category. An ID card or passport and a valid credit/debit card are also required.

Where will we meet if my booking pick-up location is my hotel?
If your booking indicates your hotel as the pick-up location, our representative will meet you right at the hotel entrance or reception area at the agreed time. We’ll also contact you by phone or WhatsApp shortly before arrival to confirm everything.

What is your fuel policy?
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel. Please return the car with the same fuel level (full-to-full policy) to avoid refueling charges. This way, everything stays simple and transparent for both sides.

What should I do in case of damage or breakdown?
In case of an accident or mechanical issue, please contact us immediately. Our roadside assistance team will guide you step by step and provide support as quickly as possible.
